Dorothy Renee Crane was born to Philip Crane and the late Denise Crane on June 3, 1977 in Cumberland House, SK. She obtained her education at the Charlebois Community School. Dorothy received her grade 12 diploma at the Nisto Awasisak Memorial School in June 2004.
Dorothy was also known as Dottie the Hottie to her family. She loved spending time visiting and playing cards with family and friends. Dot was known to hitchhike to spend time with her sister Josephine. Dot loved her grandbabies Stephanie and Kadri and spent most of her days with them. Dot longed to keep her twin boys, but due to health reason’s she was unable to do so.
Dorothy is survived by her common law partner Lester Settee; children Dakota (Andrew) Crane, Shaun Settee, and Shane Settee; grandchildren Stephanie Crane and Kadri Dorion; father Philip Crane Sr., siblings Josephine (Joey) Morin, Lisa (Calvin)Budd, Philip Crane Jr., Johnny Dean Buck, Skarlett Buck and Julian Thomas; nieces and nephews Ricco, Tamara, Kassidy, Calvin Jr., Kirby, Videlle, Vada, Acia, Kayden and Marco; grandmother Marie Alma Chaboyer; aunties and uncles Rosie Nabess, Christie Crane, Flora Crane, Melanie Sewap, Della McLeod, Raymond (Wilma) Chaboyer, Carl Chaboyer, William Chaboyer, Lester Chaboyer, Ernest (Lorna) Chaboyer, Clara (Charles) Cook, Norma (Clem) Chaboyer, Kathleen (Gilman) Thomas and Stacey Chaboyer.
