Jeff was born October 27, 1977 in Nipawin, SK to parents David and Ila Boehm. He was baptized January 29, 1979 at the United Church by Reverend Allan T. Shaw with Godparents Flora Smelland and Keith Howitt (deceased).
Except for one day, Jeff attended school in Carrot River. One day in Nipawin was enough for him!! Growing up, Jeff had a few buddies that became lifelong friends. Some of their antics are still talked about years later!
Jeff had diesel in his veins from day one. His favourite movie was Smokey and the Bandit. He could watch that movie over and over and never get tired of it. That and the Dukes of Hazzard. He was a Redneck to the bone and proud of it!
On October 30, 1999, Jeff married the love of his life Miranda and together they had three children; sons Alex (19 years) and Chesney (13 years) and daughter Zoe (17 years) and a spoiled pooch, Roxy.
Jeff worked hard as a truck driver and made many sacrifices to support his family. Taking time off wasn’t something he did, until FamJam 2017. Three weeks of mountains, oceans, beaches, bridges and our Oregon family. Best holiday ever!
After a short battle with brain cancer, Jeff passed away peacefully on July 8, 2019 with loved ones by his side. He will be lovingly remembered by: his wife, Miranda and their children, Alex, Zoe and Chesney; parents, David and Ila Boehm; sister, Amanda Boehm and her sons, Terrell Pinder and Harlan Pinder-Boehm; paternal grandmother, Frieda Boehm; parents in law, Dave and Eva Doerksen; in laws, Matthew (Tenley and Pepper), David (Isabelle and Liam), Tommy, Bobby and Kasey (Natalie, Lincoln and Sawyer). Also left to treasure his memory are numerous Aunties, Uncles, cousins and friends.
